Refinery Emission Monitoring Training

Hilton Pensacola Beach, November 15, 2021

With a variety of different types of sources, refineries are subject to emissions monitoring, testing, and reporting requirements under Subparts J and Ja of EPA's 40 CFR Part 60 performance standards but also under Subparts CC and UUU of the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants in 40 CFR Part 63.  The interrelated rules, collectively known as the Refinery Sector Rule, include different emission monitoring and/or process monitoring options that may be used to demonstrate compliance along with QA/QC obligations and reporting requirements that need to be met on an on-going basis.
